This May, we’re inviting you to reconnect with your practice, your breath, and your community with our Rise & Shine Yoga Challenge: a month-long journey to honor the magic of early morning movement.
How it works:

Attend morning yoga classes for 30 days (challenge lasts May 12th – June 12th).

Earn a sticker after each attended class to place on our in-studio Rise & Shine Challenge board.

Track your progress and celebrate your consistency!

Everyone who completes the challenge receives a handwritten note of appreciation — because your dedication deserves to be honored.

GOLD (5+ Morning Classes per week)
- $50 credit toward any workshop

FAQ
What counts as a morning class?
Any yoga class you see on the AYC schedule before 12:00 pm counts for this yoga challenge. Noon classes do not qualify.
When will prizes and raffle winners be announced?
We’ll celebrate all participants and announce winners 1 month after the challenge begins, on June 12, 2025. Winners will be recognized on our social media and will also receive a personal email confirming their completion and prizes.
How do I track my attendance?
After each qualifying class, grab a sticker from your teacher and place it next to your name on our in-studio challenge board.
Can I attend multiple classes in one day to make up missed days?
For this challenge, we encourage consistency, so only one sticker per day will count toward your total.
